Jonathan Branson - Principal Drilling Specialist
Jono is recognised as one of Australia's most skilled and respected drillers, with over 35 years of hands-on experience spanning domestic water bores to complex multi-rig operations. His extensive career includes managing drilling programs for major international projects including Oxiana, Adani, and Rio Tinto, where his technical expertise and problem-solving abilities have been proven in the most challenging environments.
As a former Australian Drilling Industry Association National Training Instructor, Jono has contributed to industry best practices nationwide and mentored countless drilling professionals. His qualifications and licensing extend to every Australian state and territory, making him one of the most comprehensively credentialed drillers in the country.

Kath Kingma - Principal Geologist & Operations Manager
Kath brings comprehensive geological and operational expertise, with over 20 years experience in the mining industry as both a geologist and operations manager for large drilling companies. Her unique background working from both client and contractor perspectives provides exceptional insight into what's required for successful project delivery.
Kath's geological experience encompasses mineral exploration, mine operations, well field planning, and project development. Her specialisation in groundwater systems and exploration provides JAK with the scientific foundation that sets us apart from typical drilling contractors who rely on guesswork rather than geological assessment.
As Operations Manager, Kath's strong organisational skills and expertise in field program management ensure projects are completed on target, within budget, and to specification. Her experience in safety management systems, environmental compliance, and stakeholder negotiations means every project is professionally managed from initial consultation through to completion.
Kath's geological background also extends to digital farm mapping services, where she combines spatial analysis with agricultural insight to provide property owners with precision mapping solutions for modern farm management.
